Youth-Led Volunteer Teamمَدىٰ هو فريق تطوعي شبابي يهدف إلى المساهمة في معالجة المشكلات المجتمعية من خلال البحث، وتحليل الاحتياجات، وتطوير الحلول، وتنفيذ المبادرات ذات الأثر.
نعمل بروح الفريق، ونؤمن بأن الشباب ليسوا جزءًا من مستقبل المجتمع فحسب، بل هم جزء أساسي من صناعته اليوم.
MADA is a youth-led volunteer team working to help address community challenges through research, needs analysis, solution development, and the implementation of high-impact initiatives.
We work as one team, and we believe young people are not just part of society's future — they are an essential part of shaping it today.
لا نبدأ بالحل قبل أن نفهم المشكلة. نعمل وفق مسار واضح يبدأ برصد المشكلات المجتمعية، ثم جمع المعلومات والبحث في أسبابها وآثارها، وتحليل الاحتياجات، وبعدها تطوير حلول ومبادرات قابلة للتنفيذ، مع متابعة النتائج وقياس الأثر. We don't start with a solution before understanding the problem. We follow a clear path: identifying community issues, gathering information and researching their causes and effects, analyzing needs, then developing actionable solutions and initiatives — while tracking results and measuring impact.
بدأت فكرة مَدىٰ من تجربتي في الانضمام والتطوع في العديد من الفرق والمبادرات الشبابية. خلال هذه الرحلة، اكتسبت الكثير من الخبرات، لكنني بدأت ألاحظ غياب شيء كنت أبحث عنه؛ مبادرات لا تكتفي بالأنشطة والفعاليات، بل تعمل على فهم المشكلات المجتمعية، والبحث عن حلول حقيقية تترك أثرًا واقعيًا ومستدامًا.
استمريت في البحث عن مبادرات تحمل هذه الفكرة، لكنني لم أجد ما كنت أبحث عنه. وفي أحد الأيام، طرأت لي فكرة بسيطة:
The idea of MADA began with my own experience joining and volunteering with many youth teams and initiatives. Throughout that journey, I gained a lot of experience, but I started noticing the absence of something I was searching for: initiatives that don't just run activities and events, but work to understand community problems and search for real solutions that leave a genuine, lasting impact.
I kept searching for initiatives that carried this idea, but I never found what I was looking for. Then one day, a simple thought came to me:
"لماذا لا أكون أنا من يؤسس هذا الفريق؟" "Why not be the one to found this team myself?"
ومن هنا بدأت مَدىٰ؛ بفكرة أن نرصد مشكلات مجتمعاتنا، ونبحث في أسبابها، ونفكر بحلول واقعية قابلة للتنفيذ، ثم نعمل على تطبيقها وقياس أثرها، على أمل أن نساهم معًا في تحسين واقعنا وصناعة أثر يمتد إلى المستقبل.
وأؤمن أن الشباب هم أساس المستقبل، وأننا لا يجب أن ننتظر بلدنا حتى يتحسن من تلقاء نفسه، أو ننتظر شخصًا آخر ليبادر ويبدأ التغيير. نحن نعيش هذا الواقع، ونرى مشكلاته، ونملك القدرة على أن نكون جزءًا من حلها.
قد لا نستطيع تغيير كل شيء دفعة واحدة، لكن بإمكان كل واحد منا أن يبدأ بخطوة، أو بفكرة، أو بمبادرة صغيرة. فـتطوير بلدنا ومجتمعنا مسؤولية مشتركة، والتغيير الذي ننتظره من الآخرين يمكن أن نكون نحن من يبدأ بصناعته.
وأتمنى ألا تتوقف هذه الفكرة عند مَدىٰ، بل أن تتجاوزها وتصل إلى كل شاب لديه فكرة، مهما بدت بسيطة؛ فيؤمن بها، ويسعى إلى تطويرها وتنفيذها، ويمنحها فرصة لأن تتحول من مجرد فكرة إلى أثر حقيقي.
فربما تكون فكرتك الصغيرة اليوم، بدايةً لتغيير أكبر غدًا.
And that's how MADA began — with the idea of observing the problems in our communities, researching their causes, thinking through realistic and actionable solutions, then implementing them and measuring their impact, in the hope that together we can improve our reality and create an impact that extends into the future.
I believe young people are the foundation of the future, and that we shouldn't wait for our country to improve on its own, or wait for someone else to take the initiative and start the change. We live this reality, we see its problems, and we have the ability to be part of the solution.
We may not be able to change everything at once, but each of us can start with a step, an idea, or a small initiative. Developing our country and community is a shared responsibility, and the change we wait for others to bring can be something we start creating ourselves.
I hope this idea doesn't stop at MADA, but reaches beyond it to every young person with an idea, no matter how simple it may seem — so they believe in it, work to develop and implement it, and give it a chance to turn from a mere idea into a real impact.
Because your small idea today might just be the beginning of a much bigger change tomorrow.
الأثر بالنسبة لنا لا يُقاس بعدد الأنشطة فقط، بل بما تغيّره هذه الأنشطة في حياة الناس والمجتمع. نستعرض هنا نتائج مبادراتنا، وعدد المستفيدين، ومساهمات المتطوعين، والشراكات، وغيرها من المؤشرات التي تساعدنا على فهم أثر عملنا وتطويره باستمرار. For us, impact isn't measured only by the number of activities — but by what those activities change in people's lives and in society. Here we showcase our initiatives' results, number of beneficiaries, volunteer contributions, partnerships, and other indicators that help us understand and continuously improve our impact.
